Dental Sales Representatives Duties:
-analyze customer’s dental needs and selling opportunities
-compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources
-plan, coordinate, and schedule events such as lunches, phone calls, presentations
-travel through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders
-develop relationships with dentists
-generate referrals from current customers
-investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries
-hold client relationship meetings
-organize and maintain customer files, account records, sales and activity reports
-attend trade shows

Dental Sales Representatives Salary: $55,000-$100,000: Dental companies may offer a per call reimbursement for new account calls, fixed commission based on gross revenue, or pay for performance compensation plan.
