   I live in ohio and I work as a rehab aide with a stna certification at the present time. We are moving to Florida. We lived there in 1997 and I was state tested there to be a cna. Will my stna transfer to florida or will I have to retake the test to be certified again in the state of Florida?

   I have been a C.N.A., Cetified Medication Aide, Orderly for 20+ years, never relocated out of Kentucky. I am now wishing to relocate closer to family in the Tampa area but unsure of how to do this in regards to my certificates. Will they transfer? How? etc. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thank you, Raymond Richmond

   Florida will not except any other State Certified Nursing assistants licensed. You will have to take Florida State test.You can work as a cna but you will have 120 day to take Florida State test.I moved here from Virginia had to take all my test over.
